Q. What do I wear?

Q. Can I walk along with the horse?

Yes, no problem.

Q.  Is there a trained instructor that leads the group?

Yes, there will always be an instructor.

Q. What happens if the weather is bad?

If there is extreme weather then we will cancel the class and contact you to refund or reschedule.

Q. Do I lose my money if I cancel same day?

​

Yes, and there will be no opportunity to reschedule as we have booked staff and held your spot which could have been given to another customer.

Q. What is the cancellation policy then?

You need to provide 3 days notice to cancel. You can reschedule or get a refund.

Q. Can two people ride on the same horse together?

​

No, it would be too dangerous for both the people and the horse.
